1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing dentio.uk or using the web application at track.dentio.uk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dentio provides a digital platform for dental professionals to track NHS and Private work and other work and performance, to provide insights, and detailed reports for the user and estimate tax liabilities.

3. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE (IMPORTANT)

The tax estimation and financial insights provided by Dentio or Dentio Track are for informational and illustrative purposes only.

Dentio or Dentio Track is not a chartered accountant, tax advisor, or financial institution.

The Service uses algorithms to estimate tax based on user inputs, but it cannot account for your full personal financial circumstances.

You acknowledge that you should verify all figures with a qualified accountant before filing returns with HMRC.

Dentio and Dentio Track accept no liability for errors in tax calculations, underpayment of tax, or fines levied by HMRC or other authorities.

4. User Accounts

You must be subscribed to a recognised subscription plan, or be an authorized administrator to use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Fees: Access to the Service requires a subscription (Monthly or Yearly). Prices are displayed on the landing page.

Billing: Payments are processed in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods, except where required by UK consumer law such as within the first 14 days of your subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

Upload Patient Identifiable Information (PII) (e.g., patient names, dates of birth) to the Service. The Service is designed for tracking metrics (e.g., "UDA count"), not patient records.

Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the Service’s source code.

7. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Dentio and Dentio Track code, design, and brand are owned by us.

Your Data: You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service. You grant us a license to process this data to provide the Service to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Dentio and Dentio Track shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
