  • Payment Information: We do not store full credit card details. Payments are processed by our third-party provider (e.g., Stripe), which processes your payment data securely.

  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and interaction data (pages visited) to improve our app performance.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service (tracking work and estimating tax).

  • Process your subscription payments.

  • Send administrative emails (invoices, password resets, policy updates).

  • Improve the functionality of the web app.

4. The "Tax Estimator" Data
The financial data you input is used strictly to perform calculations within the app. We do not share your specific financial performance or tax estimates with third parties for marketing purposes.

Under UK GDPR, we process your data based on:

  • Contractual Necessity: To fulfil the service you subscribed to (tracking and estimation).

  • Legitimate Interests: To improve our software and prevent fraud.

  • HMRC: We do NOT send your information to HMRC .

We do not sell your data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service:

  • Hosting: Supabase, Wix, Cloudflare

  • Payments:  Stripe

  • Analytics: Google Analytics

We retain your personal and financial data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within [e.g., 30 days], unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., for our own tax records).
